François-Xavier Morin from Montreal, Canada has been passionate about lighting for more than 25 years. He is a Certified Electrical Technician (CET) and has been LC since 2005. Through his career, he has worked for manufacturers such as Philips, Lightolier, Artemide, and Leviton. He has also been involved in 3 startups, including one of his own, and has created unique lighting designs for several retail brands and continues to be sought after as a technical consultant by several lighting manufacturers. Along with Tom Butters, developed the IES Ready Reference app which is available in English, French, and Spanish.
